Croatian beekeepers know very well what is pollen, known as pollen and pollen. It is one of the most interesting phenomena in nature which man can eat. It is the male germ cells of many plants that bees face in his pasture. After drying, water makes up 10% of the total shares in the grains of pollen. It contains vitamins A, D, E, K, B-complex and vitamin C, and minerals are represented by zinc, iron, calcium, manganese, selenium, and others. It also contains phytoestrogens, flavonoids, enzymes essential for human metabolism of food, lecithin necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system and various types of essential oils. It is a natural antioxidant which is recommended for persons exposed to stress, poor lifestyle and diet, and weakened immunity. Enzymes increase the digestibility of food intake, and as such can be used with bloating, constipation or diarrhea and frequent. It stimulates the appetite and blood circulation, strengthens the cardiovascular system and the hair and improves overall health. Pollen contains DNA and RNA, nucleic acids that make up the genetic material of plants of the area where the bees collect pollen. Composition and color can vary greatly from yellower, red and sometimes black because it depends on the pasture where bees collect honey.To get the most out of pollen necessary it is soaked in the liquid overnight, even for eight hours. A necessary leak inside the shell of pollen that causes swelling. Only it is possible to rid the content of grains. The recommended daily dose: 1-2 teaspoons a day for children up to 12 years, 1-2 tablespoons for an adult and up to 4 tablespoons per day for people with weakened health. It is drunk half an hour before breakfast, on an empty stomach. Children under 3 years of age is not recommended eating pollen. You can get involved in different kinds of juices or light yogurt. When you decide to consume pollen for the first time, try first to enter a lower dose. Honey and bee products can cause allergic reactions and should therefore be cautious. For starters, melt and overnight in water leave teaspoon of pollen and then increase the dose to the full amount according to your age and current health status. Also can make a mixture of pollen and honey. The optimal ratio is 3: 1 in favor of the honey. For example, 75 grams of honey, stir in 25 grams of pollen. The mixture should then be left to stand for at least 10 days because it is necessary, as is the case with water, allow penetration of honey in the hay envelope. Keep it in a cool, dry place and always select organic quality because only eco pollen provides all the beneficial ingredients with no harmful ingredients.
