For starters, melt and overnight in water leave teaspoon of pollen and then increase the dose to the full amount according to your age and current health status. Also can make a mixture of pollen and honey. The optimal ratio is 3: 1 in favor of the honey. For example, 75 grams of honey, stir in 25 grams of pollen. The mixture should then be left to stand for at least 10 days because it is necessary, as is the case with water, allow penetration of honey in the hay envelope. Keep it in a cool, dry place and always select organic quality because only eco pollen provides all the beneficial ingredients with no harmful ingredients.
